Mike and his men showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. this morning and spent the next 6 1/2 hours pruning my 50 year old pine tree. This was our first Christmas tree when we moved in and it had never been pruned. Just watching these guys made me need a nap. They really know what they're doing. Mike Raffa came to our home from All access Tree Access Care and impressed us with his knowledge of our trees, which include twisted juniper, ficus, jacaranda and bottle brush. The day of the work Mike brought a crew of 7 and since it was early on a Saturday he did not use noisy equipment until after 9am in consideration of our neighbors. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything after they were done. They left us a neatly stacked pile of cut firewood and gave our neighbors a large amount of medium to fine mulch for their yard. My favorite tree is the ficus in this picture. It is very large and Mike's crew laced and trimmed it to bring out its natural beauty. My husband and I are very happy with the wonderful job All Access Tree Care did.

These Guys Are Popular For A Good Reason!
These guys are popular for a good reason! They did an absolutely excellent job on two trees in front of my home that were exacerbating my allergies. They came out and assessed the issue quickly and gave me a very fair price for the job so I signed a work order (please do not work with companies that don't have you sign a work order-- I've been there and it gets messy) and they came out a few days later and cut them down. Wow were they efficient! If I hadn't asked them to leave the stump you'd never know a tree had ever been there. They also cleaned up the site completely. There were no wood chips or pollen dust or any sign of debris. And they did it quickly. They also, at our request, cut the larger stump cleanly across so that we can set something decorative on it like maybe a birdbath or a large, weird statue.
You won't regret working with these guys. I'm super glad I ran across them.

We had them come remove a problem tree over our power lines a couple month ago, and were so impressed we had them back to remove some huge trees to get ready for the big landscaping remodel in the front yard, and they didn't disappoint once again. They took a massive (50+ ft) pine tree and 2 other 15ft cluster trees out, ground the stumps below grade, and removed all the debris in one day and thanked us for the business. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS
Mike let me know right at the start when he came to give me a bid, that he was very busy. But let me tell you, he was very much worth the wait! I am a very picky person and I expect a lot from any contractor, after all, I'm the paying customer. Mike, the owner, was very impressive -him and the crew showed up on time, he went over everything with me to confirm the requested work, and Mike remained onsite and supervised the work being done. I was very glad Mike was here for the job, just in case there were any mishaps. Mike paused the job at one point to discuss things before they moved forward, and I felt extremely comfortable the job was in very good hands.
Mike's bid was fair and honest, and since the job was completed beyond my expectations, I'll definitely be using All Access Tree Care for all of my trimming and removal needs from here on out.
About the job: 25+ foot tall liquid amber removed, including stump removal and large roots. Small Jacaranda tree removed. The jacaranda tree was never really established; therefore, the roots were small and shallow, so no stump grinding needed.
The liquid amber was cut down and in the chipper in less than 25 minutes -impressive! During the stump grinding, the guys put up two large boards to prevent chips from flying at my house or into my yard. They filled-in and raked every inch of my lawn, and took all of the shavings and chips away that were on top. They cleaned everything and left it as beautiful as when they arrived.

Excellent professional service at best bid prices. 3 fifty foot liquid ambers reduced to 25 feet and 30 foot bamboo cluster reduced to 15 feet. Guided by Yelp reviews i got multiple bids and Mikes from All Access was the lowest. Im very picky about how my trees are pruned, and protecting my extensive landscape and fountain underneath these trees is critical for me. True professionals with excellent safety precautions at all times, they roped and lowered all large branches to avoid my plants below. It was masterful to watch. They are the best tree service i've ever seen. They are bonded, licensed for tree work, and have disability on all their employees. You can look up the license etc online.

Mike and his team were amazing.
First, when I called him up and asked for a quote, he simply told me that he wouldn't cut my trees until the right time of year to keep from hurting them. It immediately showed that he really did care about the work he was doing and not just in it to do a job.
When they showed up, there was a team of about 6 guys that went straight to work with a very keen eye on how to trim to encourage growth in the right direction and to ensure safety.
My house has a massive slope, so it wasn't the easiest job, but Mike and his crew were very impressive and I'll be calling them up whenever I need more help.

CALLED ME BACK ON A SUNDAY WITH AN EMERGENCY
Mike was the only one of four people I called who called me back on a Sunday with an emergency - I had a limb down on my Italian Stone Pine. Actually it was more than just a limb, it was about 1/3rd of the lower portion of the tree. He viewed the tree after a very full day of work, sent me the estimate that night, and rearranged his schedule so he could tackle this emergency the next day. He came up with a plan that might save the tree and gave me a fair quote. He has been responsive and has made sound decisions. I trust him with my beloved tree, even if he says it cannot be salvaged. He's given me peace of mind, so I feel assured in allowing him to make the appropriate decisions that will make the safety of the house and it's tenants a priority while still making the correct decisions about the tree.

We had a VERY large pepper tree removed today that was on a slope (difficult) and entangled in electrical lines. Mike and his team were STELLAR. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up absolutely everything once they were done. They even cut up the trunk, denuded long limbs, and wood-chipped and then took it across the street to our neighbors who are putting in a very large garden on 1/2 an acre. These are great. Very professional and they do good work in an efficient and timely manner. We called them on Sunday morning to get a quote. The owner Mike came out a couple hours later and gave a very fair and competitive quote. We decided to use his services and within a half hour he had his team out there to start to the work. It took them about 2 hours start to finish to cut down, grind, and cleanup 2 large trees. The guy in the tree took extra precaution to make sure branches didnt touch the power lines or fence as they were coming down. Mike arrived early to block off sidewalk for safety. He said 7:45 start, right on the money. We had him cut down a 40 foot Pine, including stump removal. He was done by 2:30 and my yard and sidewalks were spotlessly clean, darn near immaculate, very pleased. He also removed another 25 tree with wires mixed in, no problem . Also his bid was $200 below the other 2 bids. His crew was safety conscious during project, nice to see but should mention he had Workman comp and insurance available. Mike was very courteous and humble, a very genuine man. I've never had a better experience with a company ever!

This review is long overdue since this is the second job Mike and his team did for me. In June they removed 8 large, full grown palm trees from my property. They did a great job and were very careful of my pool and pool cover. As far as his price quote, he gave me the best offer and out bid 5 other tree service companies. I had them come back out this month to remove and grind the stumps to the jungle of Brazilian pepper trees in my back yard and on the property adjacent to my house, plus a hideous stump with lots of yuccas sprouting in my front yard. SUPERB WORK REMOVING A 40 FOOT CAMPHOR TREE
Mike and his team did superb work removing a 40 foot camphor tree from my property. When I called for a quote, Mike setup an appointment immediately and met me at the property. EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL OF OUR YARD
Mike met with us Saturday morning and by Sunday the tree that needed to go was gone. Courteous, friendly, on time and extremely respectful of our yard. I had to leave before the job was done. Upon returning I found not one leaf or branch anywhere. And none of the surrounding plants has been destroyed! He know his trees too. I could not believe the professionalism of All Access Tree Care crew. Mike came out and gave us an estimate on the removal of 2, at least 35 ft. palm tress and the cleanup of 5 more palm trees. We liked like Mike Raffo from the start. Everything was explained and a date and time were set up. On the day of the work, I moved my rv from the front pad so they could bring in their large boom truck. There was a crew of 8 people and they were very courteous and professional. Mike also brought in a large dump truck with chipper. The crew worked constant and hauled everything from the front and back yard down to the chipper. When they were taking down the 2 large palm trees. the crew organized a "working party" to get the large pieces down the hill to the truck. When they were done, they cleaned up better than it was before they started. Incredible job, fast and extremely disciplined. Highly recommend them to anyone.
